Konvertieren .wav zu .mp3 Welches Tool?

Steht schon alles im Betreff, bin auf der Suche nach einem Freeware Tool um wav Dateien in mp3's umzuwandeln.
Bitte ne simple Variante, ne aufwendige hab ich hier.

der MP3 Wave editor ist super einfach
MusikCD einlegen dann auf CD-Rip gehen
Tracks auswählen und die ausgabe Datei(C:/my Musik zum Beispiel) und dann auf start

hab grade zur Probe ne MusikCD(phil collins:in the Air Tonight ;)) in MP3 gewandelt hat genau 5 min gedauert

Hab nach Normis sagenhaft schnellem post sofort angefangen, deswegen jetzt bei mir CDex am Start.

Hab noch ein paar Sachen von mir rumliegen, allerdings im wav Format, und da das ein paar Leutz haben wollten musste Mp3 her.
Ich "arbeite" sonst nur mit Nuendo, und das ist ne andere Hausnummer. Einfach und schnell sollte es gehen und Normi hat gesiegt :))

Allerdings werd ich Pirat's Vorschlag auch auschecken, bin ja neugierig ;)
