Microsoft Outlook "Problem" ... ?!?!

Hallo Leude, hoff hier kann mir jemand helfen !

Gibt es ne möglichkeit eine email an alle Leute mit denen ich je über Outtlook gemailt habe, auf einmal anzuschreiben ? Weil ich will nämlich allen bescheid sagen das ich ne neue Email addy und Kontaktmöglichkeiten habe ...

Wenn ich zum beispiel ann in die Empfänger Zeile schreibe kommt automatisch anna@schlagmichtot.de (beispiel ;))

Und ich will eigentlich net alle buchstaben kombis auf der tastatur durchgehen, da brauch ich ja tage ...

Hoffe mein "Problem" kam rüber und jemand kann mir helfen !

Hmm Probier mal das:


Klick dein Adressbuch an.
Dann klickste den ersten Namen EINMALL an und drückst jetzt die linke Shift taste
Halte sie gedrückt und jetzt klick einmall den letzten in deinen adressbuch an.
Shift taste kannste jetzt los lassen jetzt müssten alle angewählt sein.Drück die Rechte maustaste und da auf Action.Denn rest kennste ja.

Hoffe es klappt so.

Na ja dann würde ich sagen hilft nur einzeln per hand die mails zu verschicken :(

Oder kommt diese Fehlermeldung auch wenn du einzelne mails verschicken willst

nein kommt net bei normalen mails ! aber ich hab rund 500 kontakte da drin ... locker ... können auch 1000 sein die ich ihm laufe der zeit angeschrieben habe ...

Kannst du nicht die mail adressen von den Outlook in das adressbuch von deinen neuen provider bzw da wo du deine neue mail adresse hast rein kopieren und es von da probieren mit einen mal an alle zu schicken??

hast du ne neue mail adresse beim outlook oder wo.Wenn du die wo anders hast wie zum beispiel freema*l oder so dann versuch doch mal die adressen aus deinen outlook in das adressbuch von deinen neuen mail provider rein zu kopieren und von da es an alle zu schicken verstanden?

Danke, hab eine datei gefunden ! Allerdings handelt es sich dabei leider um die datei von Outlook Express ;(

versuch mal folgendes:
geh in dein adressbuch,
dann unter extras optionen... wählen
in dem sich öffnenden fenster hinzufügen... anklicken
wenn in dem sich jetzt öffnenden fenster steht hoffentlich ein adressbuch,
dieses auswählen.

falls dort keins steht...

bei windows xp sollten die kontake in folgender datei stehen "xxx" in dem pfad steht für deinen anmeldenamen und du musst im explorer unter extras ortdneroptionen einstellen das auch versteckte und systemdateien angezeigt werden.

C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\xxx\Lokale Einstellungen\Anwendungsdaten\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.pst

da deine mails noch angezeigt werden scheint outlook ja die pst-datei zu finden, evtl. ist diese beschädigt.
