picasa von google, kannste alben erstellen wenn du magst.

gibt auch richtig professionelles, je nachdem was du vor hast.
gute photoprogramme können ebenso web fotoalben erstellen.

Ich verwende z.B. ne Erweiterung im Forum. Man kann z.B. phpbb installieren und dazu ein Plugin. Gibt viele Möglichkeiten.
